  18. the rights to such sun-and-sand classics as Good Vibrations and
  19. Surfin' U.S.A. to the company for $700,000 in 1969. The suit
  20. alleges that Wilson was unable to assert his rights to the songs
  21. because of his drug and alcohol dependency and psychological
  22. problems.
